Out and About November 2004

Catching up in New Jersey, Alabama Diggin Dawgs, and Flash Back to a Magic Moment

Our November trip to Village Green Farm, the home of Lothlorien Working Terriers in New Jersey was a last chance to get-together with several JJ folks as well as an opportunity to do some grooming in preparation for the 2005 Cabin Fever weekend.

Together they make a fine pair (though slightly reminiscent of the "Odd Couple")

Two weeks (and two business trips) after we got back from New Jersey, Boomerang and I flew out to Alabama where I was judging at the Alabama Diggin Dawg's AWTA Trial and two AKC Earthdog Tests. We stayed at the home of Part Quinn (Foxley Border Terriers) a British ex-patriot and long time contributor to the world of Border Terriers.

When Melony and Wayne became engaged they opted for a gift of living love rather than the love token of an engagement ring. They chose to seal their commitment to each other with the lasting and unconditional love of a dog, actually two dogs, namely Molly (Tripper/Copper daughter)and Winnie (the Whippet).
So it was only fitting when the "Big Day" arrived on October 9th that Mollie and Winnie would be very much included.
