We mark our 12th year on the web with reflections on a year in which the JJ group saw the loss of some wonderful dogs. That they were all in their teens is little consolation, the hole they leave in our hearts and the gap in our lives is still immense.
The entry of new pups into the world has been exciting, but is in itself a poignent reminder of the passage of time.
Treasuring the moment is something our dogs do so well, we need to follow their example.

Once again, sincere thanks to all the members of the Jansim Jottings group for sharing your knowledge and experience; for making us laugh; for allowing us to cry without embarrassment; for trusting us with your emotions; for making the group and this site so very special.
